Catastrophic Water Break
It is never pleasant to wake up to find out you have no water pressure. First thanks to those that reached out to let us know there was a problem that needed to be addressed. Thanks also to all the residents for your patience while we were searching for and fixing the problem. And a special thanks to the residents on Lookout Circle who patiently endured without running water for over 24 hours while the storage tanks were re-filling. Heading in the Right Direction
Thanks so much to Kevin and Deanna Amos for taking on the project of repairing damaged/worn road signs and replacing missing ones. We are grateful for the artistic abilities of Corina Jang for hand stenciling the new signs. Thanks to resident volunteers, the Homestead is heading in the right direction and keeping visitors from losing their way!

Getting "Connected"
Thanks Declan and Jim for installing Starlink to our Community Center. Members voted to include electronic meetings to the by laws to maintain a quorum in order to continue the workings of the volunteer Board of Directors.
